vChatter Room Rules and Regulations

👤 User Eligibility and Language

• Our chat rooms are open to everyone 18+ (younger users may use the teen section).

• Registration is required to chat. Guests can browse but cannot participate.

• English is the main language in public rooms. Other languages are welcome in private chats.

🤝 Respectful Behavior

We want vChatter to remain friendly and enjoyable for everyone.

• Treat everyone with respect. No hate speech, slurs, harassment, or discrimination.

• Avoid trolling, spamming, excessive caps, or flooding messages.

• If someone bothers you, use the Ignore or Block feature instead of arguing.

• Personal disputes should be handled privately, not in public chat rooms.

🛡️ Privacy and Safety

• Protect your identity — never share your phone number, address, or social media links.

• Do not post or share anyone’s private information.

• VPNs and proxies may be restricted to prevent abuse and maintain user safety.

• Advertising, promotions, or posting external links without permission is not allowed.

• Impersonation, fraud, or any attempt to mislead others will result in an immediate ban.

🚫 Content Policy

• Keep the chat clean and appropriate for a general audience.

• No explicit, sexual, or adult content is allowed in public rooms.

• Avoid posting or sharing offensive memes, images, or language.

• Violence, drug talk, and illegal discussions are strictly prohibited.

• Content that violates national or international laws will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Sharing vulgar, sexual, or depressive content.
• Degrading or insulting others based on religion, race, gender, or background.
• Harassing, bullying, or showing disrespect toward other users.
• Appearing shirtless on camera without showing your face.
• Appearing nude or in underwear during video chat.
• Touching or exposing private parts on camera.
• Displaying text messages, signs, or written directions on the video screen.
• Displaying images, computer screens, or videos with the intent to direct or mislead users.
• Showing advertisements, promotions, or commercial content.

📝 Usernames and Profiles

• Choose a respectful and easy-to-read nickname.

• Inappropriate usernames or profile images are not permitted.

• Using multiple accounts to evade moderation will lead to permanent bans.

• Profile images and descriptions must follow community standards — no nudity or explicit material.

💬 Chat Topics

• You’re free to talk about most topics — from hobbies and entertainment to travel and daily life.

• Political or religious discussions are allowed but must remain civil and respectful.

• If a conversation becomes heated, please move it to a private chat or change the topic.

⭐ Premium & Registered Users

• Registered and premium users must follow the same rules as everyone else.

• Paid or VIP features do not grant immunity from moderation actions.

• Abuse of any paid feature or fraudulent purchases will result in account termination and reporting.

🚨 Reporting and Moderation

• Our chat rooms use a mix of AI safety systems and human moderators.

• To report a message: click the three dots next to it.

• To report a profile: click the Flag icon on the user’s profile.

• You can also message moderators directly — look for the shield icon next to their names.

• Moderator instructions must always be followed.

⚖️ Rule Enforcement

• Repeated rule violations may result in temporary or permanent bans.

• Harassing or arguing with moderators will not be tolerated.

• All moderation decisions are final and made to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone.
